Our Bochet is a mead elixir that exudes flavour notes of toffee, apples and caramel. Prior to fermentation, our honey is caramelized to deepen and intensify those delicious honey characteristics and left to age in French oak for up to 6 months. Upon tasting this mead, you will discover the perfect balance between round caramel textures, apple notes and crisp cider characteristics in the finish. A welcome companion to succulent meat dishes especially following the classic combination of pork and apple or excellent as a dessert companions such as crème brulee or gorgeous apple pies.
