Leptospermums are commonly known as Tea Trees. These honeys include Manuka and Jelly-Bush Trees. This honey can be eaten (slightly bitter) or used topically and is a high grade healing honey.

The methylglyoxal reading indicates the amount of MGO in the honey determining its antibiotic and antibacterial qualities. Leptospermum honey may crystallise and can have a jelly-like consistency.
