A silky smooth texture is typical of Powderbark and is similar to the taste of Whitegum honey. This honey has soft toffee-apple and candyfloss undertones. Powderbark honey typically crystallises with a fine granule thus making it a favourite for creamed honey. The smooth bark is notable for being covered in a talc-like powder.
