Christmas gifts for under $25

The most wonderful time of the year rolls around again...

And it happens to be one of our favourite months at the House of Honey. We’re full to the brim of Christmas trinkets, our finest Western Australian summer honeys, and plenty of festive cheer!

But we understand that December is a hectic month – planning the perfect day, squeezing in last minute catch ups with friends, and organising excursions for the school holidays ahead. So, this year, we’ve decided to make your Christmas gifting easy.

Our gifts for under $25

Take a peek at some of our ideas below that are all under $25 – making your 25th perfect, without breaking the bank. Available to order online or in store.

For the lolly lovers

Stuff this year’s stockings with a selection of our House of Honey sweets. Choose from Honey Lollipops ($2.50), Bee Pops ($3.00) Beekeeper's Honey Nougat ($6.50), crunchy Candy - Honeycomb (thehouseofhoney.com.au) ($6.50), Jarrah Lollies, Lemon Zingers and Honey Bombs (all at $5.30). And for those super sweet tooths, our Candy Boxes ($15) and Candy and Honey Packs ($25) offer a selection of lollies, so you don’t have to choose! (Available in store).

Get merry with mead

Why not pop the cork of something completely unique this Christmas, and sip on one of our moreish meads. A glass of Sparkling ($25) would make a great accompaniment to a seafood starter, and our Lennard's Reserve ($20) makes for a perfect mulled mead with its natural caramelised honey notes. And if you’re pressed for pressie ideas for in-laws and such, our best-selling Rubee Red ($29) is guaranteed to go down a treat! It’s worth going $4 over budget for.

Beauty bits

Know of a few people in need of a pamper? We’ve got travel sized hand creams that are a nifty little gift for under $5, and our range of Honey Soaps come in seven different scents, which offer a bit of luxury for a loved one without pushing the budget ($6 each). For a more substantial gift, our boxed body care ranges – Manuka Honey and Macadamia and Wild Fig – are real winners, with matching hand lotions and bath and shower gels ($25 each).

Honeys and hampers

Of course, we couldn’t give you a list of gift ideas without suggesting a honey or two. Whether you’re buying for someone who’s into their soft and floral honeys (think Mallee, Pingle or Coastal Bush), or prefers something with a bit of richness and complexity (Blackbutt, Bloodwood and Redgum) hand choosing a honey for your loved one is a real gift from the heart. We’ve even got a Beekeepers Gift Pack ($22), complete with two 250g jars of honey and wooden honey dipper, as well as Honey Scrolls that combine three miniature jars (80g) of some of our most popular varietals.

Our infused honeys are fun, flavour filled, and great for friends who are adventurous with baking, cooking and tea drinking. Our Chilli Infused Honey is a real hit for those BBQ Kings looking to spice up their grilled chicken and halloumi, and our Chai Infused Honey goes down a treat with avid bakers.

But if you want something proudly Western Australian, a jar of our Jarrah is the star of the show. Smooth, and full bodied – it is considered a prized honey amongst beekeepers that is not only delicious but delivers incredible health benefits too. Low in glucose and high in antimicrobial activity, it’s a blessing for the tastebuds and for the body.
